Full instructions are included:

Set your sewing machine to sew stretch material

Draw a chalk line to each side seam of your garment
-
Remove the panel by cutting from the waist line at each side seam then across the chalk line

Insert the maternity panel and begin sewing from the waist edge. Sew a couple of stitches and back tack. Sew down the side seam, the front and the other side seam
